A note on fabrics

We clean cotton, silk, wool, polyester blends, and most synthetic fabrics. For your protection — and ours — we may refuse items with leather, fur, beading, sequins, fragile vintage trim, broken zippers / hardware, or hazardous stains (biohazard, industrial chemicals). If you're unsure, message us at info@ghostlaundry.com before shipping and we'll confirm.

Pricing may vary by fabric weight or special handling. Final price confirmed at checkout when we open for orders.

Currently dress shirts ($10), pants/dress pants ($12), and t-shirts ($10). We are not accepting suits, dresses, blouses, or specialty items in V1 — focusing on doing these three categories perfectly first.
Yes. Any combination counts toward your bundle. 3 shirts + 2 pants + 1 t-shirt = 6 items = Standard bundle (free shipping).
Shipments are insured up to $100 via USPS Priority Mail. We will work with you to file claims and re-process at no charge if our return shipment is lost.
We will clean everything and send you a separate invoice for the extra items at $10/$12 each. We never refuse extra items.
We only charge you for what we actually receive (per-item cost). Bundle minimums apply for free shipping eligibility.

Yes — every shirt, pair of pants, and t-shirt is configurable individually. Tap 'Customize each' under any category to set fabric (cotton / wool / silk) for shirts and starch (none / light / heavy) for any item. Wool and silk are +$2 each; light or heavy starch is +$2 per item. If you skip the customization, we treat everything as standard cotton, no starch — and adjust at processing time if anything in your package is different.

If unsure, email us a photo before shipping and we'll confirm.
Your card is pre-authorized at checkout for the declared total — not yet charged. Once we receive and count your package we capture the actual amount (never higher than the pre-auth). If you sent fewer items than declared, we capture less. If you sent more, we'll send a small follow-up invoice.
