Common questions.
What items do you accept?
Currently dress shirts ($10), pants/dress pants ($12), and t-shirts ($10). We are not accepting suits, dresses, blouses, or specialty items in V1 — focusing on doing these three categories perfectly first.
Can I mix shirts, pants, and t-shirts in one order?
Yes. Any combination counts toward your bundle. 3 shirts + 2 pants + 1 t-shirt = 6 items = Standard bundle (free shipping).
What if my package gets lost?
Shipments are insured up to $100 via USPS Priority Mail. We will work with you to file claims and re-process at no charge if our return shipment is lost.
What if I send more items than my bundle?
We will clean everything and send you a separate invoice for the extra items at $10/$12 each. We never refuse extra items.
What if I send fewer items than my bundle?
We only charge you for what we actually receive (per-item cost). Bundle minimums apply for free shipping eligibility.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
Email info@ghostlaundry.com within 7 days of delivery. We re-clean free, no questions asked.
Can I mix fabrics or starch preferences across items?
Yes — every shirt, pair of pants, and t-shirt is configurable individually. Tap 'Customize each' under any category to set fabric (cotton / wool / silk) for shirts and starch (none / light / heavy) for any item. Wool and silk are +$2 each; light or heavy starch is +$2 per item. If you skip the customization, we treat everything as standard cotton, no starch — and adjust at processing time if anything in your package is different.
Is there anything you won't clean?
We clean cotton, silk, wool, polyester blends, and most synthetic fabrics. For everyone's protection we may refuse leather, fur, beading, sequins, fragile vintage trim, broken zippers / hardware, or hazardous stains (biohazard, industrial chemicals). If unsure, email us a photo before shipping and we'll confirm.
How does payment work?
Your card is pre-authorized at checkout for the declared total — not yet charged. Once we receive and count your package we capture the actual amount (never higher than the pre-auth). If you sent fewer items than declared, we capture less. If you sent more, we'll send a small follow-up invoice.
