What if I don't use all 3 bags in a month?
Unused bags don’t roll over. Members plan is optimized for consistent weekly use — 3 bags per month averages one bag every 10 days.
Can I add extra bags mid-month?
Yes. Extra bags are $40 each, added to your next month’s invoice. Just text us and we’ll schedule the pickup.
What if I need same-day service?
Same-day service is available on request for an additional $20 fee, subject to capacity (must book before 12pm Monday–Saturday).
Does this include dry cleaning?
No — Ghost Members covers wash & fold only. However, members get 10% off all dry cleaning orders. Perfect combo for suits, dresses, and delicates.
What areas do you cover?
We serve all of South Florida: Hollywood, Miami, Aventura, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, and more. Not sure if we cover your address? Text us at (954) 900-9969.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime by texting us at (954) 900-9969 or emailing info@ghostlaundry.com. No cancellation fees. Your membership ends at the end of your current billing cycle.
What if I go on vacation?
Pause your membership for up to 2 months per year at no cost. Just let us know a week ahead. Your billing pauses and resumes automatically when you return.
Do you handle bedding, comforters, or delicates in the bags?
Yes for regular sheets and towels. Comforters and bulky items may need to be treated as extra items (comforter cleaning $30–$45 depending on size). Delicates go to dry cleaning at member discount pricing.
How do I pay?
Auto-charge via credit card each month. We use Stripe — secure, encrypted, and PCI-compliant. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
When does Ghost Members launch?
