What is included for $95 every 4 weeks?
Up to 50 lbs of wash & fold per 4-week billing period, plus unlimited pickups and deliveries. Colors and whites are always separated, and your laundry is never mixed with another customer.
What happens if I go over 50 lbs?
Anything over 50 lbs in a 4-week period is billed at $2/lb on your next invoice. You never get blocked — we just weigh, add the extra, and keep going.
How many pickups can I book?
Unlimited. Book a pickup whenever you have laundry ready — daily, weekly, whatever fits your routine. Same pickup windows as the standard service.
Do unused lbs roll over?
No — the 50 lbs allowance resets every 4 weeks, at the start of each billing period. Members who go under simply pay the flat $95 for that cycle.
Can I get my laundry back the next day?
Members get next-day delivery on weekdays when available. Otherwise the standard turnaround is 24–48 hours.
Is hypoallergenic detergent free for members?
Yes — hypoallergenic detergent is free on request for Ghost Members ($0.25/lb for pay-as-you-go orders).
Does this include dry cleaning?
No — Ghost Members covers wash & fold only. Dry cleaning is billed separately at standard per-item pricing (dress shirt $8, suit $27, etc.).
What if I need same-day service?
Same-day is not part of the Members plan. If you need a same-day turnaround, book it as a one-off Same-Day order: $65 for up to 15 lbs, then $2.75/lb.
What areas do you cover?

How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account. Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then stops — no cancellation fees.
How do I pay?
Auto-charge via credit card every 4 weeks. Powered by Stripe — secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant. Update or remove your card anytime from your account.
